The layout includes two full bathrooms, a third powder room, a laundry/drying room perfect for snowy days, and an attached single garage with convenient internal access. The location couldn’t be better: just a three-minute drive to the SkiTube and steps from trails, rivers, and some of Australia’s most famous trout fishing spots.

The interior welcomes you with warm, modern décor, a cosy fireplace, and a large, cushy lounge perfect for unwinding by the TV after a day on the mountain. The north-facing balcony, positioned right over the lake, is a tranquil spot to soak in the sunrise or enjoy a sunset drink with unforgettable mountain views. The spacious kitchen is well-appointed with ample crockery, utensils, and prep space, ideal for both simple snacks and gourmet meals.

Each bedroom offers its own charm and comfort, warmed by electric panel heating. The master bedroom boasts a king-sized bed and private ensuite, while the second and third bedrooms each feature twin single beds, perfect for friends, children, or additional family members.

Just outside, nature awaits with easy access to trails for hiking or biking, and regular sightings of wombats, kangaroos, and even the occasional deer. Spend your days discovering Crackenback and Kosciuszko National Park, or wander down to the scenic Little Thredbo River for a peaceful retreat in nature.
